Basic Carrier Requirements
- ✓ Carrier entity authorized for Property and for hire
- ✓ FMCSA Safety Rating of “Satisfactory”, “None”, or “Not Rated”
- ✓ An active DOT number and valid MC Number
Insurance Coverage
- ✓ General Liability — $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- ✓ Auto Liability — $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- ✓ Cargo Insurance — Minimum of $100,000
- ✓ FMCSA Safety Rating of “Satisfactory”, “None”, or “Not Rated”
